Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all coaching from Forge Fitness. They explain what you get, how payment and cancelling work, and what we both agree to. If anything is unclear, email info@forgefitness.nl before you sign up.

2. The coaching plans

Forge Fitness offers three plans: Online Coaching, Hybrid Coaching and Personal Training. What each plan includes is shown on the website and on the pricing page at the moment you sign up. Coaching is delivered through the Forge app at app.forgefitness.nl, and for Hybrid Coaching and Personal Training also in person in Eindhoven.

In-person sessions take place at a professional training facility in Eindhoven. The exact location and how access works are confirmed after you sign up, before your first session.

You must be 18 or older to sign up.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros, per month, and include VAT.
You pay monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment provider, by iDEAL, SEPA Direct Debit or card. Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.
If a payment fails, Stripe tries again and we let you know. If it still can’t be collected, we may pause your coaching until the payment is made.
Founding client prices are introductory prices. We may change prices, but we will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before the new price applies.

4. Your right of withdrawal

Because you sign up online, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of signing up, without giving a reason. Email info@forgefitness.nl to withdraw.

By completing checkout and starting your coaching, you ask us to begin straight away, within those 14 days. If you then withdraw, you pay only for the part of the coaching you have received up to that point, in proportion to your monthly price, and we refund the rest within 14 days.

5. Cancelling your plan

There is no minimum contract. You can cancel at any time in the app (Profile, then Manage payment and subscription) or by email.
Your plan keeps running until the end of the month you have already paid for. You won’t be charged again after that.
Months that have already started are not refunded, except under your right of withdrawal or where the law requires it.
When your coaching ends, your app access ends too. You can ask us to delete your account and all your data at any time.

6. In-person sessions

Sessions last 60 minutes and are scheduled together through the app or by message.
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the session. Sessions cancelled later, or missed without notice, count as used.
If you arrive late, the session still ends at the planned time.
If we need to cancel a session, we reschedule it with you at no cost.
Sessions are meant to be used in the month they belong to. A session you rescheduled with enough notice can be moved to the following month. Sessions that are not used by then expire and have no cash value.

7. Your health and safety

Before you start, and whenever something changes, tell us about injuries, medical conditions, medication, pregnancy or anything else that could affect your training.
If you have a medical condition or any doubt about whether exercise is safe for you, check with your doctor first.
Stop and tell us if you feel pain, dizziness or anything unusual during training.
Coaching is not medical treatment, physiotherapy or dietetics. Nutrition guidance is general guidance for healthy adults, not a treatment for medical conditions.
When you train on your own, you are responsible for training safely and within your own limits.

8. Results

Results depend on many things, including your consistency, sleep, nutrition and health. We coach you as well as we can, but we can’t guarantee specific results.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for coaching in the three months before the event that caused the damage. This limit doesn’t apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by not following instructions, or by health information you didn’t share with us.

10. Your programme and our content

Programmes, meal plans, recipes and other materials are made for you personally. You may not share, sell or publish them.

11. Ending coaching by Forge Fitness

We may end your coaching if payments remain unpaid, or if you behave in a threatening, abusive or unsafe way towards your coach or others. If we end coaching for another reason, we refund the unused part of your current month.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal and health information carefully, as described in our privacy policy.

13. Questions and complaints

If you’re unhappy with anything, email info@forgefitness.nl. We reply within 14 days and do our best to solve it with you. Dutch law applies to these terms. If we can’t solve a dispute together, it can be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection that the law of your country of residence gives you.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes at least 30 days before they apply to you. The version on this page is the current one.
